As Jung suggested, alchemy beautifully illustrates the intricate processes of psychic transformation, and it emphasizes the integration of the physical matter of our bodies to bring wholeness. A series of compelling alchemical images will be explored, helpfully illuminating the psychological transformations in the nervous system, the heart work of relational trauma, and the higher aspects of thought and spiritual practice in trauma resolution.
